New Cleaner starts today? - what are the rules?

New Cleaner starts today but am not sure where to start, never had a cleaner before. Do i just tell her what I want done, do i offer her a drink?

On the first day, you need to welcome her by offering her a cup of tea or coffee around the kitchen table while you outline what needs doing, and then you show her around the whole house and the place where you keep your cleaning equipment.

And then you let her get on with whatever you have given her instructions to do.

When she has gone, inspect her work, and give her feedback right at the beginning of next time.

Thanks, I was going to get her to clean the 3 bathrooms today and kitchen, that may take 2 hours just for that! and maybe some dusting if she can see pass the xmas decorations!
