i don't know if iam posting in the right area,i was just needing to know about slow cookers.every time i put silverside beef or pork loin joint in mine when i take it out it falls to peices.i love them done in the slow cooker but would also love them sliced insted off clumps
any tip's please

I roast silverside in roasting bag - 200C 20 mins per half kilo and 20 mins extra.
Because it's in a roasting bag it stays moist, but I can still slice it.

I use slow cooker for doing stews
