Condensor Tumble dryers...which one

I am going to get a condensor dryer. I know they dont always dry as well as vented but I am fed up of having the kitchen window open plus worried about the dampness it causes in the air.

So budget is £250 max really.

Any ideas....cheap and cheerful with no gimmicks and therefore less to go wrong like white knight [http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4809025/Trail/searchtext%3EWHITE+KNIGHT.htm#tabrev here but may be a little noisy]

or go for something like an indensit with sensor drying?

I got a Bosch at quite a discount from the Pixmania website - was a lot cheaper than other sites, but not sure whether within budget

Get a reconditioned one. You'll get a top quality Miele one (£500+ originally) for about £100 with a 6 month guarantee.

Where can you get a reconditioned one to? Are there online?

At just over £300, I appreciate this is a little outside your budget, but I've just bought a white Gorenje from Green and Easy at:
www.greenandeasy.co.uk/product/Gorenje-D72325-Condenser-Tumble-Dryer.aspx, and it's been fantastic!

I rang Green & Easy directly and they were really helpful over phone, so I placed an order with them and the dryer arrived a little over 7 days later. It was delivered straight into my kitchen and all the plastic wrapping was taken away as well. The finish and quality seems really good and it's got a 'B' energy rating, so I'll be interested to see how my electricity bill compares with when I used my old dryer.

Overall, thoroughly recommended and I was especially impressed with Green and Easy's customer service.

Hope that helps,
Elaine
