Please help anyone. We have a MASSIVE nappy cream (straightforward zinc cream) spillage on a carpet (needless to say, when DH was changing DD's nappy) and can't get it off. Have taken up excess, tried Vanish carpet stain remover, tried letting it dry and brushing it out - nothing working so far....
