steam floor mop type thing

I have mainly wooden floors & tiling in Kitchen/bathroom

Was wondering if it would be worth getting one of these as thought it might be easier to clean the floors than with bucket & mop as I can only do that when toddler asleep or out.

Also can i use them on my only carpet?

I have this one from Lakeland and it is fantastic.

I also this hand steam cleaner which is great for tiles in the kitchen and round the edges of the units on the floor.
