Spring clean

My cleaner is off sick at the moment, she has been for a few weeks.
Both DH and I work full time and whilst I've tried to keep on top of things the house is in a bit of a mess.
I've taken a weeks leave to get organised for Christmas but have a horrible fluey cold and DD is off with a tummy bug.
I've just called a commercial cleaning company with a view to getting a sping clean done before Christmas, I've no idea how much it will cost, they're coming tomorrow morning to give me a quote.
All I want to do is lie on the sofa with DD but really feel I need to tidy up as I'm too ashamed to let people see the state of the house.
Shall I tidy up or not?

Nah I wouldn't bother
feel better and let them sort it
I would LOVE to do this but mine isn't cleaning, it's SORTING and no point in anyone else doing that but me.
