Need to find cheap but pref. colourful window covering - help!

I've just noticed that the fabric roller blinds in our kitchen are looking a bit mouldy - sort of light grey speckles.

I think we probably need to replace them, but we are on a tight budget at the moment.

Any ideas of where I could find cheap blinds? Otherwise curtains? I've been looking on likely sites and finding that everything seems to be either white (impractical!) or brown. I like bright colours or bold patterns, but am not seeing anything like that about. Any ideas of where I could look?
