Can track curtains be converted to work on a pole?

We're moving house in a couple of weeks and need temporary curtains for the bedrooms while we get sorted as the vendors aren't leaving any. I have some curtains on a track but need to put them on a pole. Is it easy to do? Is it just a matter of buying rings and attaching them to where the track hooks go, or do I need something more fancy than that?

You should be able to get rings for the pole that have little metal rings on the bottom outside edge. You can then slip the plastic curtain hooks through the metal ring. Don't know what the wooden rings with metal rings are called though!

They are called 'Curtain Rings'

and the little swirly hooks you use to attach them to the track will work on the hooks on the curtain rings.
go to your local haberdasher/curtain shop.wilko's.
you'll see plenty.

Thank you! I'm a blinds person normally so I know nothing about curtains So I just leave the little plastic hooks on and then hook them through the rings - brill!
