Hi girls

My goodness, it is very soothing to read about everyone else's Sundays

Serious tensions here - ds has refused to go to the Scout rehearsal of Oliver, saying he is too shy to see anyone. Dd is in a state of advanced diva-dom.
aargh she has now emptied cream all over kitchen floor and herself whilst illicitly rummaging through fridge. Luckily kitchen floor is in need of cleaning

Positive thoughts
DH had a great morning with dd and ds1, and a 1O yr old visitor from down the road
I found some nice red cabbage in freezer for lunch to go with his sausages and salad
I had a lovely time in church with ds2 - who kept showering me with kisses
DH has now taken ds1 out for a walk as it has stopped raining
We had a beautiful rainbow here

I need makeup, and lots of patience today.

Hello again

Trying to re-join a little but finding it hard going keeping up with everyone I don't know how I used to manage!

Grouchy hope you're OK x
Scatty wow @ 100 year old Gran My grandfather lived to 99; I would have loved to celebrate him turning 100
Tea I hope ds enjoyed his sleepover - it's odd to be without them isn't it?
Swan I love your list of positive thoughts

We are having a lazy Sunday so far which is nice although ds has just starting whinging so it could be down-hill from here)
Dh is painting the bathroom; ds has been playing really nicely and dd and I have been doing crafty stuff with old Christmas cards
My dad and step-mother were due to take the dc to the theatre this afternoon but my dad is poorly so I've been offered his ticket

hi all
at my mum's house. both dd and ds ate very little food - ds not so well, saying a headache. Now he is asking for food! My dad very disapproving, have allowed toast.
Looking forward to writing later, have been thinking about plots, characters and writing points of view all day.

Very sad news. DS's friend from very very young died today of cancer. She was 32.

That is sad Wendy. Make you think.

Today:
swimming - done
dc homework - done
ironing - done
banking - done
load photos onto memory stick for ILs digital photo frame (edit carefully to insure only flattering pictures are displayed). - tomorrow
order flowers for Grans 100th birthday!! - done
laundry - done
robots - after bathtime.

Had a glass of wine with tea (surely it doesn't count if with a meal?). Have been restrained and put the cork back in and hidden the bottle.

Hello to all.

Sorry to hear that wendy. How sad.

TM I hope you're okay. If I can be of any help whatsoever, please let me know.

I haven't been here this w/e because I went to the MN meet-up in London. If anyone wants any gossip, they'll have to cross my palm with copper silver gold!

Okay. I'm off to sit down. See you tomorrow!
