how do I keep the white trim on dark clothes white? I turn everything grey - very annoying! I've just ruined my friend's maternity top that I've borrowed from her so I could do with a way of turning it back white again!

I don't understand this either! I always end up putting the clothes in a dark wash as surely they would make whites turn grey in a white wash . . . am confused.

Colour catcher sheets? Wash alone on economy cycle? I have no idea if any of the above is effective btw.

This is a bugbear of mine too, to the point that I won't buy mixed black or navy & white clothes. DS's rugby shirt is black with a grey white collar. It's a PITA.

i use colour catchers and wash on their own on a quick economy wash.

re the top - try dylon colour run remover, has worked really well for me. John lewis has it I think.
