what else can i use to descale?

need to descale sterilisor to sell, dont have citric acid, any other household type items i can use?

vinegar - that's what I thought - but I didn't want to take the responsibility, so didn't post before. sorry.

Lemon juice half and half with water should do, give it a good rinse afterwards.

vinegar - 100 ml of vinegar, 200 ml of water, put in steam steriliser for a couple of minutes. then run through with normal water cycle

white vinegar, or even cider vinegar
wash several times in boiling water afterwards to get rid of smell.
Its the only way I've ever descaled my kettle.
