I started a thread a few days ago asking if anyone had seen any nice low-maintenance bed linen.

All I got was people telling me not to iron my bedlinen.

Please can you point me to some lovely sets. I have no intention of ironing them but want something nice.

thanks.

re white bed linen and children ( or me and my morning cup of tea) - ecover laundry bleach is a wonderful thing

in fact plain white migth even be better than coloured because if it all goes really wrong (am thinking post-Calpol vomit) then you can bleach the whole lot in somethign evil like Domestos without worrying it will fade.

i have only ever had sheridan from australia for the last 20 years. sheets that rotate weekly last at least 10 years for me.

never had a bobble yet and they feel very nice to sleep in. you only get bobbles in chea sheets and polycotton can bobble just as well.

they do cost a bit more to start with but have been well worth it.

moocowme I feel vindicated. Thank you! The designs are a tad dull at the moment though.
