Revolting roller blinds

My (off-white) kitchen roller blinds are off at the moment whilst we re-decorate and I've noticed how disgusting they are!!

I don't know how to clean them, can they go to the dry-cleaners? or maybe some soapy water and just wipe them down?

All ideas appreciated.

I'm afraid that's out of the question - they are only 3years old and they were £600 (4 blinds)

Seriously though, are they fabric or that kind of plasticy covered stuff?

They're a stiff fabric. They are Hilary's blinds and big windows which is why they are a bit more expensive.
