There are marks on the screen. they won't come off when I rub it with the special cloth that came with it. I know you have to be careful what you put on the screeen. Think I read you can use WD40, anyone know if this is right or have any suggestions please.

TTT - am in the same situation as you. Please someone, let us know. I'm completely useless when it comes to housekeeping at the best of time & really don't want to balls up our brand new telly

I've just had another google, and apparently alcohol based cleaners should be avoided and you can use glass cleaner like Mr muscle.

I've just used another tip I found of using a microfibre cloth with plain tap water - I just rubbed the screen gently (make sure TV is off and has been off for a while so screen is cold) and the worst of the marks came off. If you haven't got a microfible cloth you could use a chamois or a lint free cloth.

There are special cleaners you can buy. Dh got one for our tv and it's brilliant at getting rid of marks- but they're quite dear.
