Can I just rave about the Dyson care line?

I know Dyson are not entirely loved by MN-ers, but I am on my 2nd (the first laste d10 yrs) and I do love it.

Anyhoo, it had stopped picking up and Iwas going to take it at expense and inconvenience to my little hoover repair man - but then I saw an email I had kept about the careline.

They gave me advice about what to do and between us we solved the problem - plus my Dyson filter is now much cleaner! I was really impressed!

I heart my dyson. Mine was making a funny noise and they diagnosed the problem over the phone by "listening" to it! Seriously.

Cost me £52 for full service. Chap comes along, rolls out dyson rug, dismantles my dyson, fixes problem, gives me new tool as mine had broke and replaced cable as it was wearing through. All for £52.

I love dyson. Had mine 11 years.

They are great aren't they fizzy.

So pleased it is all working again
