Does leather fade?

We have just ordered a brown leather suite. The sofa will be going under the large window which lets alot of bright sunlight into the room. Would the leather fade under the bright light?
Should I be looking at getting blinds?

Eventually....but your sofa will be worn out before that happens. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
