Mumsnet: kettles are just kettles, are they not? Mine has started leaking so I need to buy a new one online. I'm just looking for a cheapish one that I like the look of, aren't I? There's no special features that would be useful on a kettle, surely?
I'm tempted by those instant ones, they are meant to use less leccy somehow, but I'm not sure I trust the advertising. Surely if they were all that good everyone would have one?
