Want something smaller than a wardrobe but bigger than a bookshelf. Needs doors so I can chuck it all in and shut it away. Any ideas (and dont say the "I" word, you know, the swedish one...)

I would just buy a good sturdy door and shut it

LOL. Great idea, I am tempted!

That's what I do with my utility room! The rest of the house is as clean and tidy as possible, but I would die of shame if anyone walked into my utility room!

I say "storage solution" as I dont know what to call it. Something between a wardrobe and a bookcase, but with doors. Anyone?

What do you need to store?

So, do you need hanging space or shelves?

How about a large chest of drawers wth really deep drawers?

MrsBadger · 28/10/2009 20:44

you need an armoire

you do, you know

OK, you prob don't want to see this, but I have one in my spare room. It's slim, has doors and shelves, cheap and alos comes in a wood veneer. Vert practical, but very Ikea
