I'm staring at it, thinking I might just throw it out (but am very defeatist today).

Thank you!

Put it in very hot/boiling water which will hopefully dissolve it a bit.

I know from experience that that works with homemade playdough but not sure about shop bought stuff though

if you put the sieve somewhere warm like a radiator or airing cupboard it should dry and shrink then you can just tap it out. Not fast or instant I know.

Ooh, good stuff. Thank you :-)

nah. bin it.

I thought it was water soluble. Hot soapy water and brush should do it. Let us know how you get on.

Hairdryer it so it goes hard

Nailbrush?

Well, the inertia that comes with a 4 year old and 4 month old means that it's still sitting there.. it hasn't hardened up much, but am torn between wet and dry options.. dry sounds so much less... effort :-)

Thank you though.

Err.. have to 'fess up. I just went to get the offending sieve; cleaner has been in the meantime and done it - so I've no idea what she did!

This is the cleaner that was supposed to be here for 6 weeks after baby was born. 16 weeks later....
