please help - how do you get candle wax off the carpet........

i left my dh alone with my candles burning and he fell asleep (but won't admit it)

the candle parially collapsed and the resultant runny wax spilled over the dish and on to my carpet

I'm sure that's iron and brown paper thing
try putting brown paper over it, then a tea towel and iron it.

I would have said an iron too.

ooooooooooooooh i'l get the iron out - keep your fingers crossed for me
