Tea having a plan is often the hardest part, isn't it. Well done on facing up to it all. We struggle with me being SAHM but have gradually used all our ISAs to supplement our income - we will make it back up when I go back to work. There's no easy answer to modern life, I don't think.
Had a mad day myself. DS is awful atm. Just had a 45 minute tantrum, which I totally ignored. i usually manage to ignore for 5 minutes, then end up shouting and lecturing him - which I think is probably as bad as giving in to the cause of the tantrum as it's still attention.
Hello all anyway! Off to unpack and dish out my Pampered Chef delivery which came today! and watch True Blood from Weds night. I am so tired.

TM we did the same as Ruby cashed in one of my poorly performing Endowments, again it kept us afloat until I went back to work.

Everyone How do you find time to ebay and sell your stuff? I would love to do that and clear out my loft & now shed (& pay for some new clothes for me)

Cake topper is a disaster.
Last one i had for DS1's birthday was great, this one was shite! It just fell apart when i tried to peel it off the backing sheet. Have managed to salvage part of it with my Brothers help!

Pressies all wrapped.
Spilt red food colouring all over the worktop so now have a big red stain.
Need to put up some banners. Will do balloons while he is at footbal tomorrow morning. He is expecting them in the morning so will get a surprise if they are done later.

Sorry, have no time to start a thread. DH in Git mode. After the hard work I put in yesterday he made a quip to Ds that 'I WAS UNTIDY' Did he not open his eyes!!!!! swan I didn't look glamorous I was just clean and on time. Once DS was asleep I gave him some strong words and more strong words as he of course is never wrong. I feel ds & I make is world a untidy but who cleans his clothes,buys & cooks his dinner etc. You know the rest! His ex-wife was a glamorous air hostesses, so I think if you are well made up & glamorously dressed & shag other men that's okay!!!!! STOP ranting now and get on with the weekend
