Please can anyone tell me how to get rid of water marks from the seat of a car?

We have several large water marks on the fabric of the passenger seat caused by putting wet swimming bags on the seat . Does anyone have any tips for removing these? I've tried upholstry cleaner but as soon as the seat dries the patches reappear.

I have marks on my seats too from a dropped drink.

No help I'm afraid but I'm hoping someone else will know...

I too have a water mark from leaking water bottle - am also waiting for info!

I have thought that if you wash the upholstery with water / soap and make the whole seat quite wet then when it dried the original water mark would have gone?

But I'm too lazy to bother TBH

I have this on my seat where ds spilt a drink. Looks like I wet myself. Will lurk for answers.
