DD has just spilt it all over the sofa and laptop. Have sorted the sofa, but how do I make sure it comes out of the laptop? It all seems to be in there congealing - when I press down the p key I can see it squelching white...

oooh that's really not good.

was it a nice laptop?

HerBeatitude · 03/09/2009 20:04

Well it's still working, but I'm afraid to turn it off in case I can't turn it back on again.

I'll just have to stay on Mumsnet forever, with no sleep and no food...

I'm sorry, but your thread title made me lol

My DH who is an IT bod says to ring your insurance company!

Ponders · 03/09/2009 20:09

Don't know, but great title.

(Bad news for your laptop though I think )

HerBeatitude · 03/09/2009 20:11

oh shite

I'm not sure insurance will cover it. It's not listed separately as a high value item.

Ponders · 03/09/2009 20:27

They'll have a lower "any old single item" limit though, can you claim under that?

HerBeatitude · 03/09/2009 20:30

Good point.

Will check out my insurance if it doesn't turn on tomorrow...
