Burnt something in the microwave - getting rid of the smell and colour?

Somehow I managed to burn something in the microwave.
Nigella Lawson I clearly am not.

Anyway, I have cleaned it with some Flash but I still can't quite get rid of the burnt smell and it is stained a brown tint inside as well.

Any ideas?

You could try putting a cut up lemon in a bowl of water and putting the microwave on for 10 mins, wipe out with a clean cloth afterwards.
