How do i remove oil from jeans/baby blanket/teddy bear...?

All courtesy of the passenger car door. So it is black oil - any ideas welcomed

DO NOT WET FIRST!!!

Rub in un-diluted washing up liquid, then wash as usual.

i used to use coke to get the oil stains off the drive. don't know if this would work on fabric though!
