Water Bills

I seem to be paying quite a lot for water (non metered) £18 to one company and £24.50 to the other. Yet in a rented house I paid about £15 a month in total. I just wondered what other people pay. I am in the south east if that makes a difference. Family of 4 in a 3 bed house.

If you aren't metered it goes on rateable value. Being in the SE (as we are) increases the RV.

We have a meter and pay 1/2 yearly. I have just worked it out and it would be £24.33 pm altogether for both. 6 of us, 3 bed house.
