Field Spiders - Help

They are massive and ive scared of all spiders .. two massive ones now in house had to be killed with a used nappy last night on the way to bed sitting outside my bedroom door as putting DS2 4 months to bed ..

How can i stop them in my house ? candles ? scents ? ..

I have wood floors furniture ..

advise tips please ..

Seriously, it's the damp weather that encourages them into the house, turn your heat on and they will run away.

i wish i could but they scare me ... they are the size of my palm ...

I hate flies too but a fly wouldnt fill up one of these
