Where can I find a really nice thick cotton valance for a bed?

Don't like the ones that are thin like sheets. Looking for one of those nice hotel type ones with box pleats at each corner.
Does anyone know where to get them? My googling isn't coming back with much.
Happy to have one made if I could find some one who does them.
thanks!

Try this company, www.musburyfabrics.co.uk/ they can make items to order, have asked in the past for terry towelling nappies which they made for me!

These bed valances look to be the style you are after - but probably more like sheet thickness? You'd probably have to have one made in the fabric of your choice.

I am also looking for some. Recently stayed in a cottage and the twin bedroom had divan beds with these with a lovely matching padded headboard thing. Looked very good with plain white duvet covers.

OKA had some in the sale but not in the colours or size I was after. Try googling bed skirt(American term).
