Just assumed it's a full length bed Tort I was going to get one new from Argos/Tesco but they were over £450 Just want to give him more usable space and a place for mates really Plus it may make him want to spend more time in there

Should be great GO . I don't think even full size beds are 6ft though.
I have found a mid sleeper for DD2 close to me now. Have been looking on and off for a while without success. Only a plain metal bed but think it will be ok if i bought a bed tent thing to go on it.

DH is 6' and he still has mattress even when lying flat. Shown it to Ed and he said 'I'd like that, I could have a telly in my room' Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

oh grouchy yay for new highsleeper and friends with large jeeps!

Well have survived the day...kind of. Endless rounds of oat/bicarb/dead sea salt baths and cream/lotion/mouse applying LOL
Dashed to boots and got some PoxClin - seems to help much better than calamine cream and DC prefer having that put on, and easier to spread - great tip thanks.
Did do a blitz on our bedroom in between bathing DC... Also thorough clean of our en-suite so it is all nice and fresh and tidy in there now YAY

I have a to do list for tomorrow - going to keep a bit more on track this week LOL

Littlies room - tidy, dust , hoover
Girls room - tidy, dust , hoover
Hoover landing and stairs
Lounge : tidy , dust and hoover
Continue ongoing washing battle
Complete holiday packing/to do list

will see how far I get with that....depends on how all the itchy DC are LOL

Exhausted now though so going to chill then early night.

See you all tomorrow grin]

wendyhappysmile · 09/08/2009 22:07

See you tomorrow all! Off to bed now

swanriver · 09/08/2009 22:11

Now you have only to put it together.....
actually, rather you than me...

Ed will love it.

Off to Eire tomorrow afternoon, my parents still have their old volvo for precisely the purpose you have described Grouchy (transporting very large unweildy objects)

Sort of packed. Trying to keep to minimum as lots of clothes there already. But packed lots of craft and handwriting stuff, ever hopeful.
Today has been fine. Slept well
Church, cinema, long walk, lunch out.
House leaves a bit to be desired but dh here for another week.
Mowed lawn, had a slight "disagreement" about strimming.

Well done on passports Galen, at least it is a slightly more relaxing time to have chicken pox and not in Disneyland.

Welcome back Starbear, enjoy barbecue.
Hello Wendy.

Now feel so tired think I will have to collapse. Have made a list this time but it seems to consist of sweeping statements, which are not much help really, like tidy house.
