DS2 and DD2 off to a friends today.

I am going to try and do a massive tidy up because my house looks terrible. Definitely couldn't invite anyone here with the way it looks!!

Will start in my least favourite room, the front room then do kitchen and bathroom. I was going to start with the bathroom but then i probably wouldn't 'get round' to doing the front room!

Front room is looking much tidier. Also hoovered floor.
Have one major corner to do next plus dusting.

Oh and i better hang the washing out while the sun is shining.

Corner now tidy, hooved and de-spidered!(don't think that's a word lol!)

Having some down time now

Ooops didn't get as far as the kitchen yet! But i have cut the front lawn and DC have been hand and foot painting on long sheets of paper outside! Will stick some pics on profile/FB in a bit.

Had a lovely day at the beach. Just one slight moment of alarm when i left Ds playing with another lad (watched by his Mum) to take DD to the toilet, came back to find Ds climbing on the rocks surrounded by a group of lifeguards . Luckily they were only admiring his rock climbing skills!

Also huge bag of uniforms arrived from Next! DD is swamped by hers lol. I've got 5 weeks to grow her.

Today I'd planned to take a picnic to the park but as its raining and Dh has taken the car we are going to the pictures to see the guinea pig film (?).
