Getting wax crayon off wood flooring

damp cloth and good scrub works for me. Sometimes a very soft go over with the scourer

If you heat it ever so gently with a hair dryer it may be easier.

Thanks - have tried damp cloth. Will try hairdryer and then maybe soft scourer. Bloody toddlers !

Hairspray is supposed to work..[disclaimer never tried it kim and aggy tip]

Hairspray ? Just spray it on and then try again with a damp cloth ?

WD 40 works wonders. spray ona nd wipe off. Got permenant marker off my wooden floor and coffee table

I saw Kim and Aggy use hairspray on a wooden fire surround ...they just sprayed it on and then wiped it off

Windolene works for me! Spray it on, leave it for a few minutes, give it a good scrub. Sometimes needs more than one go.
