How to wash my mountain buggy covers???

Hiya

My Mountain buggy double urban is filthy!! Have managed to remove the covers - now whats the best way to wash them ??? any tips??. Have removed the metal bar in the back of the seat but there is still some cushion padding in there theat doesn't come out and doesn't look overly flexible , so am wary of putting it in the washer!!

Anyone done it before??

think im gonna soak them in the bath with some fairy then hang out to dry?????????????????

yep in the bath im afraid. Washing powder, and rinse well. Hang to dry. HTH

you can wash them in the machine, I always wash mine in the machine. Do it on 30degrees and it will be fine

its a double SGK, will it fit?

but the seats are separate on the doubles aren't they?

yeah seats are seperate - but each cover has a plastic backing with sponge in, in the insert bit where the metal threads though - thought that may loose its shape???

no it will be fine, just do it on a fast wash (30 minutes)
