help, i am really upset, i just had an argument with and sacked my cleaning co
this morning, as any other when the cleaners were due i spent hours, well 2 hours making sure everything was put away. now i get home to find a note requesting an extra 15 quid as they over ran although they charge a flat fee. i called and was told it was because of how untidy my house was, but 'd made sure everything was away. they were really quite nasty about it and basically called me a liar. i'm heartbroken i made dang sure it was looking good and they say it int good enough. they say they will take me o court for the 15 quid. as it is i'd scrimped and saved to get the money needed for the forthnightly clean.
