How to get greasy stains out of clothes?

My DS has bad ezcema and uses very greasy emmolients which always get on him and my clothes and leave greasy stains. Does anyone know a good tip on how to get them off? I have tried vanish and even bought a Stain Devil product which said it dealt specifically with grease but neither have worked

TIA

Ace liquid? I find that is the best for our house.

Or washing up liquid - rub a little bit of it into the stains and bung in the wash. It's designed to remove grease, I find it works well. If there are lots of stains all over, make up a soapy solution and soak the item of clothing in it rather than covering it all in neat washing up liquid.
