Up early as usual. Breakfasted and kitchen tidied.

DDs on wii fit before school so only half dressed

Out all morning but have to tidy spare room tonight as MIL coming tomorrow. Eek.

persuaded dd to do her violin practise
chased various children round house wavingthings at them
1 lunchbox constructed - beginning to get good at this! can now do in 2 seconds flat

Beautiful sunny day - garden which is semi-shade first thing, looks like a forest glade

Not too bad here today, more organised morning.
DD4 not seeming too good though, lying on sofa with blanket complaining of being cold was up to her , and DD3 and ds2 in the night...not a lot of sleep for me LOL
Major task today is laundry catch up and clothes putting away

need to plan dinner...
swan I browsed school dinner menu selectionn for our area last night and wasnt too impressed - pizza, sausage, and fishfingers most weeks with a couple of healthier meals thrown in....may be sticking to packed lunches, I dont mind pizza etc...just not 3 times a week, every week....

Morning all.
Had a bit of a down start to the day. Stuggling with DD1's constant strops and tears over anything and everything. I just end up getting cross with her.
Then i stupidly felt upset because my friend didn't wait outside school for me this morning and walked past on the other side of the road. I always wait for her even if she is late or i have somewhere to go.

So i took Mickey on a nice long walk! Thought i had been ages but was home just before 10! I walked fast though. DOg is knackered.

House is a pit as usual so i better tackle that once again!

Morning lovely ladies. Got the whole house to do today - is like a pigsty!

Feeling a bit better atm. Spoke to dh about leaving work. He wasn't terribly positive or supportive about it but didn't expect him to be. He says he will look at our finances and see how we stand. But that appears to have been forgotten already so will need to remind him (cue accusations of nagging ). Ho hum.

Wanted to go to the beach today with the girls but I forgot the car is getting fixed. Drat. So have no option but to get on and tackle the house.

Hi Gibb - last night's debacle with homework made me think how wise you are and what patience you must have to have got this far.

Swan He really enjoyed his walk, especially when he saw some rabbits! Nearly pulled my arm off!

Kitchen floor has been swept and washed. Needs a 2nd wash because the water was awful.

Not much else done!

just popping in quickly before I go & collect Ellie from PS.

I have weeded/cut grass in back garden.
scrubbed decking & garden furniture
also cleaned BBQ with Brillo Pads.

Completed knackered! Taking Madame swimming this afternoon. She will have been out in garden at PS all morning so time to cool off in pool.

TMH happy birthday DS2-my dd & your ds 1 month apart Ellie is 24th May.I See things have improved in the camping world internet access in your tent
