How can I get cream floor grouting clean?

I have scrubbed my floors on my hands and knees but yet the cream grouting I insisted on is still dirty. How can I get it clean again? Will bleach and a toothbrush work? I have layed the same floor in my bathroom now and it's already looking dodgy after less than a week - how can I keep it clean? Thanks

Bicarb soda and water - mix it up like a paste and then use your toothbrush. and rinse. Someone suggested it on here and my tiles and grout look brand new again.
