Blood on feather duvet

Any ideas how to get this out? Duvet has been to dry cleaners and laundrette but is still there.

My section leaked last year. I need to get it out!

If it has been washed in hot water I doubt you will get it out now.

Try hand washing/treating.

Don't think it will come out now. Does it matter though? Presumably it's hidden by the cover.
