Hi

Anyone got any ideas? Have tried numerous things but nothing has worked yet. It's for the cupboards above the cooker hob on either side of the extractor fan -they are covered with a sticky horrible fatty type substance (ummm, nice!!). I cant shift it, it's obviously caused by cooking on the hob and has built up over the last few years but I'm at my wits end trying to shift it.

Any ideas anyone please???? it's horrid.

Lakeland sell something called "Grease Away" that's quite good with v hot water and a lot of elbow grease. Depending on the type of surface, you might be able to use soda crystals in v hot water?

you could try a steam cleaner and a scraper and then go over it with kitchen cleaner
