Large number of ants in kitchen today-does that make me a horribly dirty person?

I feel so unclean!! Dd was rolling in haybales yesterday, so think they may have come in on that-ewwww!! Have hoovered them all up, but as soon as I hoovered two up, four more appeared-I thought I was going mad!!

Make sure no crumbs or sticky bits around. See if there are more tomorrow...you may have to put powder down then.

Does that mean I'm stuck with them forever? Gah!!!

lol, don't worry. Unless you have a nest they will die soon anyway and go away.

(I think it is unlikely that you have a nest if they just came in on the haybales)

Seem to be everywhere in my back garden at the moment.
