Your carpets look brighter ....you get lines on the carpet as you hoover....the pleasant plasticky 'new' smell.....

Wont last long though soon there will be a bit of lego blocking the tube a bic pen lid will bang around the drum and my arm wont feel strained as the suction grips my carpet...

I also lurrrrve the smell of a new washing powder

crispy new pan scrubbers

soft new dusters

and brand new tea towels free from the stains of life at chick house....

Oh OH Oh!!!! Today I did all the washing up becasue we got a new washing up brush!!!!

Mmmmmmm new washing powder from terry nappies drying in a warm May breeze......

Nicks - what hoover have you just got? My Dysons just died and I need a new one but dont know what to get.

I've just had a reconditioned washing machine and a recon Dyson and I get the same kick out of them. Possibly more so as they didn't cost much.
It's lovely having a washing machine that's fast, quiet and WORKS, and a hoover that really does pick stuff up.
Happy sigh.

Any idea where i can get a recon vacumn from?? I really want a sebo but don't think funds can stretch that far right now....

Thought i was a wierdo, i love my new hoover. Only thing is the kids mess up my lovely hoover lines in the carpet lol
