Hand held vaccum

Does anyone use a handheld vaccum cleaner to clean up after their LOs meal times? Is it disgusting to use a vaccum? If not, what type would you reccomend?

Thank you.

Have tried several hand-held vacuums in a (frequently-repeated) spilt-cat-litter-disposal scenario - they're all shite, and will be no better cleaning up after los. Use a proper vacuum cleaner, or get a puppy.

My baby Dyson is absolutely fantastic. All the power of a normal vacuum. The battery only lasts 6 minutes, but that is plenty to clear up after a meal. Only proviso is that the food could make it go mouldy, so I tend to empty it after each use if the food isn't dry (i.e. rice rather than cereal).

I bought this the other day and it's fab. Really powerful and a good price too. The battery can last up to 12 mins on full charge (one of the reasons I didn't choose the dyson one as that only lasts for 6 mins.)

I use it to clean the stairs (which my dyson doesn't actually make a very good job of )and other small vac jobs. Would really recommend it.
