Fridge spare parts

Almost every time we open the fridge door the stuff in the door falls out along with the thing meant to be holding it all in. I slot it back in fine and can't see what is wrong with it.

Need part or new fridge?

Do you mean the shelf in the door that you keep milk and stuff in? If so, our one cracked and wouldn't hold the weight of anything so I ordered a new one for about £15, I think. Can't remember where from now, but somewhere like this might have it.
