am fed up with cheapy baking/roasting tins from tesco that last 6 months (i used to take them back and get them replaced but cant be arsed) So am treating myself to a roasting tin or 2, or maybe a roasting tin and a baking tray tomorrow, pref non stick, to be used for roasting spuds/veg, cooking oven chips, maybe roasting meat (although I have an enamel one) Have seen a new one that is silicone coated, anyone tried please?

Love my Pampered Chef stoneware. Use if for everything, roasted a chicken in one today, made meringues on another one. Great for roast spuds, with loads of fat or a pretty much fat free version (just spray with oil) when I am doing weight watchers! Easy to keep clean, you just run it under hot water and scrape off any 'bits'. It gets darker with use, but never any horrible bits stuck on it.

This is the American site, you can get it here, at parties or often on ebay.

I have this Mermaid roasting tin from Lakeland, which has been great - roasted a 16lb goose in it at Christmas, cleaned up no problem after short soak (or so FIL tells me - I don't do the Christmas washing up ).
