biro out of cloth what works well?

Any suggestions?

Dab on water, a spot of washing up liquid, give it a scrub with a scrubbing brush, wash as usual?

If it doesn't work first time, try again - biro does fade after washing anyway & the washing up liquid should help it to go faster.

Neat Dettol.

spray with hairspray - watch biro start to disintegrate!!

Bung in machine with normal wash.

Biro will be gone when wash is finished - works very well.
