ew silverfish

just found one under some tiles, ew apparently they like eating glue

a fish?!?!

oh i hate silverfish. we lived i na place infested with them. used to make my skin crawl

I sometimes see them in my downstairs loo - weird little buggers.

They hate cloves, so scater some cloves or dap around oil of cloves and they will go.

Alistair- is that true- you might just have saved my sanity- we are infested with the buggers.....dp (Italian mamma's boy with Stepford wife delusions) sniffs and mutters about dusting more often at me.....am going to buy cloves and put them all round my skirting boards which is where the buggers scuttle out from....

It really does work!

They turn their little silver noses up at it and run away, as long as you keep putting down fresh ones, they stay away.
