is it meant to take two hours to iron 5 pairs of trousers?

i am crap at ironing, how are you meant to know where to put the creases?

linen trousers btw.

I wouldn't put creases in them tbh.

Maybe you need a better iron.

formal trousers - creases down the front
Wide leg/casual - creases on the seams.
IMO

If in doubt put the creases down the front

Dh's trousers are designer creased as I don't do ironing
