I have a problem with my washing machine

Sorry if this is long

We live in a hard water area so have always have had a problem with limescale but now it's getting silly.
I use soda crystals (Same but cheaper than calgon) and also have a magnoball to try to keep the limescale from building up.

Ok so the machine on any cycle will get to the empty part of the cycle and will stop. I then have to empty it from the front and check filter - sometimes the filter has stuff in, limescale etc.

Then rinse which will sometimes work properly and I can go onto spin. Other times it will just stop and still not empty.

Does this sound like the machine needs a new pump or the limscale emtpying out even more or something else?

Any advice would be appreciated.

TIA
