Blut tack on fleece jacket - how can I remove?

Any ideas?
I have removed the worst of it by freezing and crumbling it off, but there is still a pale blu matted patch.

I have removed blu tack from my carpet using a product called de-solv-it.

It is an orange oil based stain remover which just makes the blu tack disappear.

It is in the laundry aisle at the supermarket in a small spray bottle with a blue and orange label.

It is fabulous stuff!!!
