I have 7lb leg of lamb will that be enough for 10 adults?

Probably, but I'm assuming there will be bone in that 7lb, and lamb is also very fatty, so you'll discard a good bit of it. Load 'em up on veg!

I tried to google something for you but dicovered a 6lb 'deboned' leg feeds 12 .....im not sure thats v helpful tho.
