Anyone know how to remove fart noise dough from a jacket?

I went to an interview today so bought a new suit. After the inteview I went to see my friend and her little monster cherub squashed some fart noise dough onto my sleeve.

It's luminous green and looks like a giant bogey. Help! I have tried sellotape but it's not shifting. What can I do?

Generic sticky stuff removal tip is to freeze it - stick jacket in plastic bag in the freezer and then pick the gunk off when it is solid.

Thanks, will try that. I have got most of the surface stuff off though and I am worried about it impregnating the material.

Is vinegar any good do you think?
